These Terms & Conditions apply to orders placed with Iceeweb via the order forms in this repository. They summarise key points about ordering, payment, onboarding and access.
After you submit an order, we will create an order record and send a confirmation email to the address you provided. The confirmation shows the submitted details and the assigned Order ID. Creation of the order does not by itself constitute acceptance of the order.
Payment instructions or a payment link will be sent after we review your order. Please complete the requested payment to unlock onboarding and any account credentials (dashboard access). If full payment or the agreed initial deposit is not received within the agreed timeframe, we may delay or cancel onboarding.
For convenience we may issue a passwordless access (magic) link to the email address you provided. The access link is governed by the token expiry stated in the message. Treat your access link like a password—do not share it. We are not responsible for access granted using a link that has been shared or intercepted.
Cancellation and refund terms depend on the chosen package and payment plan. Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, deposits and non-refundable fees stated on the invoice are non-refundable once work has started. Please contact us at info@iceeweb.online to request a cancellation.
We process contact and order details to provide the service. For full information about data handling please see our Privacy Policy. By placing an order you consent to the use of your contact information for order processing and service communication.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated on our site. If you have questions contact info@iceeweb.online.
